Payment Terms & Conditions (Website Booking System)

       1. Booking & Payment

•   Clients may book consultations, single services, or service packages via our online booking system at ultradermskinandlasers.com.

•  A date and time slot must be selected before proceeding to payment.

• Payments are required upfront to confirm the booking. Once paid, the purchase is completed and confirmed immediately.

   

  2. Appointment Policy

•   It is mandatory to arrive 10-15 minutes before time for your scheduled appointment.

•   Arrival later than 30 minutes may result in loss of session or be treated as a no-show.

  3. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refunds

•   Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment time, free of charge.

•   Cancellations or changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the appointment.

•   No-shows, Cancellations and refunds will incur a 30% charge on missed session.

•   Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 2 weeks after cancellation.

•   Missed session will be treated as missed with 30% reduction and remaining amount refunded.

•   No retroactive adjustments or cash refunds will be provided for offers missed.

•  

  4. Multiple Bookings & Packages

•   For package bookings (multi-session plans), the 24-hour cancellation policy applies to each scheduled session.

•   The 30% charge will be calculated per missed session on refund amount

  5. Payment Methods Accepted

•   Online: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Mobile Wallets, and other secure gateways supported on our platform

•   Patients are responsible for ensuring payment succeeds; incomplete payments do not hold appointments.

  6. Package Validity

•   All treatment packages must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified.

•   Extensions may be subject to additional fees.

  7. Changes to Terms

         Ultraderm reserves the right to update these terms. Any changes will be communicated clearly via our website and email.

ADDITIONAL CLAUSES Medical Suitability Disclaimer

•   All treatments are subject to medical assessment and suitability.

•   If a patient is found unsuitable for a treatment after consultation, Ultraderm reserves the right to suggest alternatives or decline the procedure.

Consultation Requirement

          Some services (e.g. injectables) require a mandatory consultation before treatment.

Package Transfers

        Sessions cannot be shared between patients. Expiry & Forfeiture

        If packages or prepaid services are not redeemed within the validity period (e.g., 12 months), they are forfeited without refund.

Contraindications / Health Responsibility

•   Patients are required to disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies before undergoing treatment.

•   Ultraderm will not be liable for adverse outcomes if full disclosure is not provided. Treatment Results Disclaimer

•   Results may vary based on individual skin type, condition, and adherence to aftercare.

•   Ultraderm does not guarantee identical results for all patients. Pricing & Offers

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Promotional discounts/offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Data Protection & Privacy

        Patient details collected during booking will be protected under data privacy laws and used only for appointment, communication, and clinical purposes.

       Force Majeure Clause

• Ultraderm shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).

  By proceeding with an online booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions of Ultraderm Skin & Laser Clinic.
